Court II - a former summer residence of Gdańsk patricians is located at Polanki 124 in Gdańsk Oliwa, and administered by the Bridgettine Order of the Most Holy Saviour.
The study scope covers the renovation and conversion of the Pilgrim House (former outbuilding), the Convent (former orangery) and the Chapel (former stable) for the purpose of the Centre for European Meetings, by its adaptation to social, cultural, and educational functions.
The works conducted in Court II included replacement of doors and windows, replacement of insulation, repair of the facade. Other works covered also bands around the buildings, water drainage channels under the slopes, replacement of radiators in the Pilgrim House and the Convent, reconstruction of entry landing and stairs of the Pilgrim House, construction of chimneys in the Convent building, reconstruction of the heating system between the existing boiler room and the buildings, replacement of drains of the downpipes, repair of cables and fittings of the existing lighting, installation of new lighting of the Convent building.
