Road system: Nowa Spacerowa - Droga Zielona [Green Road] on the section from the Tri-City Ring to Marynarki Polskiej street, including the optional concept of the section from the Tri-City Ring to Gospody street (on the borderline between Gdańsk and Sopot

Multi-sector programme and spatial conceptual design of the Green Road and Nowa Spacerowa street in Gdańsk of GP 2/2 class the length of about 13.1 km together with engineering structures and infrastructure.

The route "Green Road” (further GR) is a special spatial element changing in principle the current functioning of the Lower Terrace in the City of Gdańsk. GR will be the most important throughway of our city to be constructed in a developed and intensively used area. It will cut through the most important existing pedestrian walkways, which is why when developing the conceptual design every effort was made to minimize the adverse impact of the GR route on the quality of life and economic value of the residential substance of the districts in this part of Gdańsk. The conceptual design is to serve the purpose of finally selecting the variant of leading Nowa Spacerowa "higher" or "lower" than Al. Niepodległości-PKP. The design covered several engineering structures with a varied construction, including a L= 1.2 km tunnel running under forest areas (independent chambers for both lanes), - excavation with shuttering a L=1.3 km encased trench, - 8 overpasses, including a flyover running above Grunwaldzka i Al.Niepodległości streets.

First variant of the flyover - 15-span L=570 m with a maximum span length of 40 m (independent structures for both lanes) and the second variant - 12-span L=560 m with a maximum span length of 65 m (independent structures for both lanes), - 19-span flyover running above Marynarki Polskiej street with L=368 m (independent structures for both lanes), - 8-span flyover running above the railroad with L=242 m (independent structures for both lanes), - 9 footbridges, - 3 road tunnels. Within the design also technical specifications were developed as well as an application for a decision granting permission to implement the undertaking regarding the environmental conditions.
