Project financing and budgeting

On 21 and 22 November 2008, a training course was organised in Jastrzębia Góra concerning “Project financing and budgeting” in which a group of 18 employees participated. The training enabled to systematise knowledge concerning finances and controlling, and was an inspiration for becoming more pro-active in the project’s budget controlling.
