BPBK S.A. is a private joint-stock company, set up in 1991 as a result of the transformation of the state-owned enterprise under the same name which had operated all over Poland since 1951.

BPBK’s organisational structure is based on an original company system.
Its basic elements are sector-related departments. For specific projects a multi-branch designing team is set up, which is supervised by the Management Board’s proxy.
